The assembly was fairly easy following the tutorial. Customer service was good. This bicycle is very well made and quite sturdy. It's very fast! I ride it back and forth to work (about 14 miles round trip). I compared dozens of bikes before I decided on this one. I'm certain I made the right choice

I’m 5’11 and this bike is perfect fit for me! 32MPH is way too fast for me,the best thing is the big battery ,normally I can get 60miles per charge. Love the option of pedal assist or throttle.Hydraulic brakes are great. Sooo much fun!!It has a lot of power so far. Look forward to taking it down to FL and riding on the state park trails.

I scoured the internet and I'm certain I hit a home run with this one. The torque and the power is ridiculous. You literally have to hang on or it will get away from you. Every single person that has seen it is blown away by how good it looks. I literally want to ride it every where.

 I’m 6ft3 and weigh 210 lbs. I needed something that could take me up some of the large hills where I live. In dual motor mode it’s very fast. Rear shock provided great performane Highest I’ve hit was 37. I’ve heard of people going faster but I am ok with it. It’s an amazing bike for the price... 🥰
